卿凤 ，1964年3月生， 新邵县 人。 中国科学院院士 、理学博士、教授。主要从事有机 化学和有机含氟材料研究。自1995年独立开展科研工作以来发表研究论文220余篇，2007年3月在科学出版社出版了国内第一本《 有机氟化学 》著作，在国际氟化学和有机氟材料学术会议上作邀请报告40余次, 在 东华大学 和上海有机化学研究所已培养了40余名博士。2000年起任国际刊物Journal of 氟 化学 编委、国家氟化学执行委员会委员和国际Moissan 氟化学奖评委。2007年获 中国科学院 Bayer 青年科学家奖，2014年获 中国化学会黄维垣氟化学奖 。
2000年9月起，任 东华大学 教授，2004年9月起，历任东华大学生物科学与技术研究所所长、东华大学化学化工与生物工程学院院长、东华大学校长助理、民用航空 复合材料 东华大学协同创新中心主任，2016年1月至2022年12月期间，担任东华大学副校长。 2023年11月，卿凤翎当选 中国科学院院士 。
卿凤翎在2001年被教育部聘为“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授，2003年获国家杰出青年科学基金，2004年入选 上海市 优秀学科带头人计划，2005年入选上海市领军人才计划，2005年教育部创新团队带头人，2014年国家 中华人民共和国国家自然科学基金委员会 创新研究群体学术带头人。

卿凤翎教授博士， 有机化学 学科教授，博士生导师，“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授， 中国化学会 《有机化学》编委，国际刊物《J. Fluorine Chemistry》编委。
1964年3月14日出生于 新邵县 。1992年11月至1995年4月在美国 Wyeth- Ayerst Research ( Pearl River, New York )做 博士后 。1995年5月回到上海有机化学研究所工作。1996年12月晋升为研究员。现任课题组长和元素有机化学研究室（ 有机氟化学 开放实验室）主任。主要研究方向为有机氟化学，纺织化学。主要研究成果有：“氟卤 烷烃 在氧化还原体中的 化学反应”获 中国科学院 自然科学 二等奖 。发表论文45篇。

研究方向
该组的主要研究方向为 有机氟化学 。发展新的氟化试剂和含氟 合成子 ，利用金属有机和 不对称合成 反应及方法，制备含氟 生物活性 分子和含氟功能材料。
目前主要研究内容如下：

4）：含氟丙烯酸 单体 的合成及其聚合。
5）：全氟化合物的制备。
